Refund policy
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our mirrors. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please note, however, that our mirrors are custom-cut based on your specifications, so it's important that you measure accurately before placing an order.
Changed Mind
We are confident in our mirrors and understand sometimes the product isn't what you were hoping for or you changed your mind. If you wish to return an item, please email us at support@millcraftproducts.com within 30 days after receipt of your order. To begin the return process, email us your with your name and order number, the reason for your return, and a photo of the mirror damage (if applicable). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. After emailing us we will proceed with processing your return request and further instructions.
No Restocking Fees
Once all items for a return are received, the purchase will be refunded.
Shipping Damage or Damaged on Arrival and Exchanges
In the unfortunate event that your mirror arrives damaged, please contact us via email as soon as possible with a photo of the damaged mirror and the shipping box. We will exchange and replace any mirror that is damaged during shipping at no cost to you. Once we verify the damage, we'll arrange for a replacement to be sent to you right away.
Defective item or Wrong Size
In the event the mirror you receive is defective or not the desired size please contact us immediately at our support email: support@millcraftproducts.com with your name and order number and the reason. We will replace or refund any defective or wrong-sized mirror within 30 days after receipt of your order.
Cancel an Order
If you would like to cancel an order please email us support@millcraftproducts.com. Orders requested for cancellation after shipment will follow our 30 day return policy and subject to return shipping costs.
Receiving Your Refund
After contacting us about your return we will provide instructions on mailing the mirror. We will initiate your refund after we receive the mirror(s) you are returning. We will refund your purchase via the payment method used to make the purchase.
